OK: so at about 6:50 pm on Friday evening, a branch broke off the old madrona between the entrances to Vashon Village and Windermere, knocking out power to over 1,300 in and around Vashon Town. Loose Change was supposed to open at the Beer Garden at 7:00 pm.
Puget Power showed up, cleared the branch off the power lines and restored power. Troy got everything kinda working, and Loose Change went on at around 8:00. No sound check :-/
By about 8:45 pm I had pretty much run out of light...
