(If you don't understand what "old Chautauqua buddy" refers to, I'm afraid I can't help you. If I knew you or your kid from Chautauqua, get in touch with me BY EMAIL and hopefully we can work something out. But next year, not 2013-2014).
The basic issue is that I'm already extremely busy; people wait too long make plans about getting a photo shot and still give me time to work on it; and the high school arbitrarily changes the deadline without telling anyone -- or rather, without my having to check daily to see if it's been changed.
