I've used the scene naming and numbering format I found in this Xanadu character/scene breakdown just to have something, anything to work from...

Tech: These videos were shot with my Canon EOS 5D Mark II DSLR, a Røde VideoMic, and a Beachtek DXA-SLR Mini audio adapter.
Video post-processing was done in Adobe Premier Pro CS6, audio post-processing (if any) was done in Adobe Audition CS6.
The DSLR, the DXA-SLR and the mic were all mounted into a Custom Brackets HDV PRO frame which slides into
the Manfrotto MVH-502A video head which sits atop my Manfrotto tripod.
