Tech: these videos were shot with my new Canon Cinema EOS C100 video camera in the MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 codec. Audio was taken from the C100's onboard stereo mics, recording 24 Mbps 16-bit stereo in full-auto mode. Video post-processing was done in Adobe Premier Pro CC. The Canon Cinema EOS C100 snaps onto a Manfrotto 3130 head which sits atop my Manfrotto 190go! tripod.
These videos were uploaded in 1080p YouTube HD. If they don't play back in HD for you, fiddle with that little gear-thingie down in the lower right-hand corner...

#02: Director's Cut ver 2.0: White balance/color cast repair. Game one up to the first time out, VIHS Varsity Volleyball v Port Townsend
Version 2.0. Going to leave the first version up just for comparison. On 1.0 I tried to fix the white balance/color cast by adjusting the Temperature and the Tint, which is exactly what I'd do in Adobe Lightroom for still photography.
Wrong. Turns out the best solution was to leave Temperature and Tint set to 0, and pull the Saturation way, way up to 180 (out of 200 max). Last thing I would have thought of. To my eye Ver 2.0 still looks a bit bright, and the blacks could be pulled down a bit more, but it's a vast improvement.

#01: Director's Cut: Game one up to the first time out, VIHS Varsity Volleyball v Port Townsend
This is a quick first look just to get an idea of how the videos came out in general. Pretty rough. The more I look at it, the more the white balance and the exposure really suck, particularly compared to the stills I shot just days before at Vashon Island High School Volleyball v Chimacum 09/06/2016.
The rest of Game one and all of Game two later, when I get to it...
