So, about 6:50 pm Friday night, the power goes out in Vashon Town for about 1,300 people. Loose Change is supposed to open at the Beer Garden at 7:00 pm. But the Carnival has its own generators! w00t!
Or, proof that the weather was nice. Once. During Festival...
